Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Pinakha. By visiting pinakha.com, registering for a workshop, purchasing a programme, or engaging us for corporate training or research, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to them.

Pinakha is a neuroscience-based training and research practice headquartered at N 86, Sector 110, Gurgaon — 122017, Haryana, India. We offer corporate training, public and private workshops, the Brainular Self™ programme, and applied research collaborations.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or above. Where a programme is delivered to participants under 18, we require verifiable consent from a parent, guardian, or authorised institution. By engaging with us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements of the specific programme.

• Workshop and programme fees are listed on the relevant page and are payable in full at the time of registration, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as noted.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Pinakha does not store full card or banking details on its servers.
• Your registration is confirmed once payment has been received and we have sent you a confirmation email.
• For corporate engagements, terms of payment, milestones, and invoicing will be set out in a separate engagement letter or statement of work.

Unless a specific programme states otherwise on its registration page:

• More than 14 days before a workshop — full refund, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees.
• Between 7 and 14 days before — 50% refund or full transfer to a future cohort of equivalent value.
• Less than 7 days before — fees are non-refundable, but we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a one-time reschedule.
• If Pinakha cancels or reschedules a workshop, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to the next available cohort.

Corporate engagement cancellations are governed by the terms of the relevant engagement letter. To request a cancellation, email us at the address in the contact section below.

Our workshops are spaces of mutual respect and learning. By participating, you agree to:

• Treat facilitators and fellow participants with courtesy.
• Respect the confidentiality of anything personal shared by others in the room.
• Refrain from recording sessions (audio, video, screenshots) without our written permission.
• Not disrupt sessions or use them to promote unrelated services or views.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, harassing, or materially disruptive, without refund.

All content on our website and within our programmes — including the Brainular Self™ framework, course materials, workbooks, recordings, slides, articles, and visual identity — is owned by Pinakha or licensed to us, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may use our materials for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent. Corporate clients receive a specific usage licence as defined in their engagement letter.

Participation in Pinakha research studies is always voluntary and governed by a separate informed-consent process. The relevant consent form will describe the purpose of the study, what is involved, how your data will be used, how long it will be retained, and your right to withdraw at any time without penalty.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. Please read it alongside these Terms.

Our website may link to external sites, tools, or resources that we do not own or control. We share them because we believe they may be useful, but we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of any third-party site is at your own discretion and subject to its own terms.

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take care to keep our content accurate and our programmes effective, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or uninterrupted access to the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pinakha's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to Pinakha for the specific programme or engagement giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pinakha, its team members, and partners harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your infringement of any third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, programmes, or community spaces if you breach these Terms, behave in a way that endangers others, or use our services for unlawful purposes. Where appropriate, we will give you notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussions before escalating to formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, offerings, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always show the current version. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by email where appropriate, and continued use of our services after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.
